clean eating

hola! clean eating! i always go by the 90/10 or 80/20 rule
when it comes to eating. eat clean balanced meals 80- 90% of the time and
then 10-20%  splurge a little like on the weekends.
when you do indulge on the 10/20 %  try not to go too crazy.
the pictures are a few examples of my clean dinners and lunches.
above- moroccan seasoned salmon with cucumber salad.
grilled chicken breast, bok choy and cherry tomatoes.
chicken burger, bok choy and cherry tomatoes.
grilled pork chops, wild rice and mixed bell peepers with onions.

open turkey burger on ezekiel bread with mixed greens.
tilapia with mixed greens.
tilipia, quiona and roasted sauteed vegetables.
eating clean it is the best way to stay healthy and maintain your weight.

ahh....and to enhance that healthy diet...exercise! move that
body, hit the gym lift some weights and do some cardio.
