hola! for the most part my diet is clean and lean, i eat meals like this
tilapia, lentils, squash and dark leafy greens., or i eat....

grilled chicken, beets, lentils,red onions, almonds on a bed of
arugula drizzled with home made vinaigrette. i sometimes start the day with this...

a peach, blueberry and pineapple smoothie along with
scrambled eggs and asparagus.
so because i eat clean 80-90% of the time, i can......

indulge on treats like these on the weekends!
everything in moderation my friends.

hola! nothing beats a refreshing lite salad in the summer.
arugula, beets, oranges and red onions, this salad is
also tasty with some goat cheese.

mixed greens, corn, grilled chicken, edamame, brussel sprouts,
new potatoes and kale.
