hola! new obsession harmless harvest raw coconut water!

i have always loved coconut water and am pretty picky with my
bottled choices...so far this one comes close to the real thing.
if you have ever had coconut water straight from the nut, then
you will like harmless harvest,.
perfect before or after a workout!

i tried this sauvigon blanc by kim crawford at fall fashion week 2011.
the wine was so good that i looked them up the very next day and hunted a bottle down in the city.
ahhh......nice new wine to sip on this spring and summer

my new dessert obsession.

soo good laced with spicy bits of candied ginger and naturally fat free.
you have to try this flavor. if you are not a fan of this flavor no worries they have plenty more here.

touch for a recipe?

as i was doing my rounds around the city today, i came across the above in the mid 30's on 6th avenue. a store front with a touch screen?? you click on a recipe.......

                                        it appears on the screen....

              then another screen appears where you enter your email address and the recipe is then sent to your inbox. so here you are on your way home trying to figure out what to make for dinner and then you come across this?  super!! pick your recipe, check your email on your phone then head to the market and viola! a home cooked meal. i looked up the site which is called kitchen daily and it looks like it is run by aol. has anyone seen this elsewhere in the city?
