snowy night

after an snowy day in, last night i braved the snow storm to attend a dinner party hosted by my chef friends.........it was a wonderful night

a week & weekend of fun

for the past couple of weeks i have been working extra late hours......arrgh on the bright side i have two house guest that both happen to be chefs!!!....needless to say i have been eating in and out a lot.
i'm loving it. i also loved that one over my girlfriends also came over to spend one night, we enjoyed wine, turkey burgers and the sex and the city movie ( she never saw it and i am glad she enjoyed it)

here is the beef. if you are not familiar with the whole korean bbq experience there are mini stoves at your table, so the waiter just places the meat down and you do the flipping it cooks rather quickly since the pieces are small.
