hola! for the most part my diet is clean and lean, i eat meals like this
tilapia, lentils, squash and dark leafy greens., or i eat....
grilled chicken, beets, lentils,red onions, almonds on a bed of
arugula drizzled with home made vinaigrette. i sometimes start the day with this...
a peach, blueberry and pineapple smoothie along with
scrambled eggs and asparagus.
so because i eat clean 80-90% of the time, i can......
indulge on treats like these on the weekends!
everything in moderation my friends.
