hola! kale super food indeed.
high in vitamins a, c, e, iron, calcium fiber and omega fatty acids.
kale equals.....
kale chips!
wash & dry then remove leaves from stems.
sprinkle leaves with olive oil. salt, pepper or flavored seasoning.
lay cut leaves flat on a baking sheet.
preheat oven to 350.
and bake for 10-15 minutes.
viola a healthy snack!
and if you are not into chips.....
you can always chop up a banana, kale add some blueberries and
a little orange juice with crushed ice.
and you got your self a kale,banana blueberry smoothie.
