mercado {beecher's}

hola! while running errands in the flatiron district the other
day, i decided to stop by beecher's handmade cheese
 for a snack, i had read a few articles on this place
 and decided to give it a try.

hmm... their cheese selection was quite impressive.

nice selection of jams, chocolates, breads, crackers etc.

 you can sit on these silver stools and eat and depending on
the day...

you can witness the cheese making process...bummer but
no process when i was there...

however i did partake in the eating process and tried their
"worlds best " mac & cheese.

seriously...the mac & cheese is no joke, rich and decadent!
