almond milk, spinach, banana, kale, pear and a bit of honey were the ingredients used........
to make this delicious breakfast smoothie...yum..really yum.
i think next time i will try and make them into popsicles.
i do not remember where on the web i found this recipe( so i cannot take the credit)
below is the breakdown.
1/2 cup of spinach
1/2 cup of kale
1/2 pear
1 banana
a pinch of honey
1/2 cup of almond milk more or less depending on how thick you like your shake.
a few ice cubes
place them in a blender starting with the greens and milk and then add the rest.
