living in new York city and working in a creative field has allowed me the opportunity to meet so many interesting people. because of these two facts, i have decided to start a section on my blog labeled,  “people you should know”. they are individuals that i personally know who are super talented. because of their talents, i think you should know them too. so sit back and enjoy the series. i think your life will be enriched after seeing some of their work.

 the 1st person on my list that i think you should know is ralph almeida, a freelance artist of portuguese descent currently living in california. ralph has a distinctive style and an amazing eye for colors that he uses on his work with acrylics, watercolors,ceramics and so much more.
