congratulations to my friend deborah on the debut of her short "dirty little tales" which was shown this past week at the the new york international film and video festival.
the short starred micheal musto and of course deborah.

yes this was my homemade dinner...lite and just right.

uniform project

so now this was a brilliant idea for a great cause.

1- wear the same little black dress for 365 days( alternating with 7 of the same dress for laundry purpose).

2- individuals made donations of accessories.

3- monetary donations made to the site all went to help with uniforms and educational expenses for school children in india.

pretty amazing the power of accessories, i guess we really do not need so much clothing just a good eye of making the old look new again.

what to do when the heads of your sunflowers start to droop due to the heat?

clip off a few heads and pin them into your hair!!!

i wore three and they were a big hit, they looked so cute and they brought brightness to my hair bun.

cooking attire

so is it just me...but i think cooking with a pretty apron on really motivates me in the kitchen is that weird?...ha ha....whatever it takes to receive my degree as a domestic goddess.

denim therapy

denim denim how much do we love denim! I recently discovered this company denim therapy.
you can drop off or mail in your worn torn jeans to them and they will sew them back up as if they were new! knee, crotch, butt holes whatever the case they are the denim doctors. ladies they can even place maternity stretch bands on your fave jeans and then remove them after your bambino is born....how cool is that? click here for more info.

i love this....i was in old navy the other day and they had a table with the above.
sooo super sweet you can write a letter to the troops and old navy sends them out.
i wrote my letter and thanked the troops and sent them big 4th of july hugs!

i am so sad that the world cup is coming to an end soon. i love the excitement of the game and the enthusiasm of all the fans!! are you all up on the games? so glad that the americans are finally appreciating the sport yay!!!!
