sleepy sabado

Have you ever had a week when...................

things like wire hangers wreck your nerves (Mommie Dearest)

you can barely roll out of bed in the morning

you cross the street and do not remember crossing

or everything just annoys you
Well that is what happens to me when I lack sleep

So this Saturday I decided to............................

sleep in
kick my feet up and totally relax

lounge in my robe and flip through magazines
and overdose on ginger cookies
yes it is the simple pleasures that get me through a manic work week.
the day was perfect for my sabado sabbatical...cold and rainy

Veteran's Day

Happy Veteran's Day!!!
Thank you to all the soldiers that have fought or are still fighting.
Why is it that Halloween and Valentines Day are both more popular than Veteran's Day.....how is that possible????
