i finally saw black swan and boy was it dark and intense.

natalie portman did a magnificent job.

the ballerina costumes were stunning.

more snow today and all i can think about are all these pretty dresses by dolce & gabanna.

balenciaga exhibit

if you are a true fashion lover and are in the nyc area....you must see the balenciaga exhibit at the
sofia spanish institute.

70 gorgeous gowns that are spectacular.

the exhibit closes on 2-19 and make sure to go upstairs to check out the video of balenciaga's collection.

a touch of spring in the winter

loving these bright whimsical rose sculptures adorning park avenue in the mid 60's.

thanks to the artist will ryman for gracing us with a touch of spring in this bitter nyc cold.

the snow in nyc early this morning.

snowy tracks equal slight train delays.

the city is so peaceful in the mornings even more so after a snow storm.

trees dressed in white.

oh... but by tomorrow it's going to be grey and messy, so enjoy the white while you can.
