some say the art of sending and receiving cards in the mail are soon going to be obsolete.
oh... i don't think so.
it is so nice to open your mail box and find a hand written card or note.

i tried  a new fruit today.....korean melons.

my friend nicola made this amazing rice with cilantro.......que rico!....

along with cranberry maple chicken, platanos and red frijoles made by our friend liz.

and we washed the meal down with some margaritas.

not just any margarita, i finally tried the skinny girl margarita...low in calories and delish.
