I recently went to see an exhibition of the works of the Colombian born fashion photographer Ruven Afanador. Ruven has a new photography book out called 'Mil Besos' which captures the most amazing shots of flamenco dancers in Spain (the image above is in his new book)

I took advantage of the nice weather and skipped the gym, so i took my workout outdoors.

up and down 11 flights 120 steps, push ups and squats in between the hike

it kicked my butt...but it felt great!!!!!
